We will update the site with information on accommodation, travel, conference fees and volunteering opportunities during the autumn term 2026. The conference fee will be on a sliding scale.

 The conference venues will be accessible by wheelchair and hearing loop. There will be access to a quiet area at both conference venues.

We aim to make the conference as sustainable as possible and encourage you to travel by train. Both in Lund and Malmö, the venues are on a 10 minutes walking distance from the station for regular walkers. 

For travel between Lund and Malmö, local trains run regularly and take around 15 minutes.
